Who decides the professional use

The professional applying a resource remains responsible for their own qualifications, legal scope, client or learner needs and the suitability of the activity. An artistic resource does not become a diagnostic tool or a validated clinical treatment merely because a clinician uses it.

Authorization and licensing

Personal purchase does not automatically provide a license for groups, classes, commercial distribution or professional services. The German institutional materials describe separate licensing consideration according to context, duration, number of participants and intended material.

Ethics and clear presentation

Participants should be told what the activity is, why it is offered and what they can choose to do or not do. There should be no promise of cure, manipulation of belief or pressure to revisit personal events. The material can be modified or discontinued when inappropriate.

Professional enquiries

Institutions and qualified practitioners can contact NeuroRitualis® to discuss whether selected resources and their licensing conditions suit a specific educational or complementary setting. No particular professional license or treatment outcome is implied by this offer.
